| Shipments
All shipments are freight prepaid and added to the invoice unless collect or
third party billing is specifically requested. MBS will ship via
UPS ground if possible. Freight that is oversized or more economical
than UPS will ship common carrier. Second Day (Blue) and Next Day (Red)
will be processed at customer’s expense.
Damage in Shipment
UPS: Please notify the UPS delivery person of potential damage, receive the package
and then notify MBS of potential damage.
LTL: Record damage on the bill of lading and notify MBS.
Warranties
The manufacturer’s warranty applies on all purchased products. For
warranty specifics please contact our Customer Service Department.
Returns
Approval is required before returning any product to MBS.
To assure proper handling of returned goods, please contact our Customer
Service Department to receive a Return Goods Authorization (RGA).
New equipment returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Upon receiving
your RGA number, shipping instructions will be provided. Please mark
the RGA number on the packages returned. |
